Shipping policy
Shipping Information: Almari mentions the estimated delivery time for each piece in
the product details page. For all orders within India, Almari offers free shipping for bill
amounts of Rs.10,000 and above. Shipping charges will be shown at check out.
For overnight shipping, Almari mentions the shipping charges based on location at
the check out.
For International deliveries, Almari does not offer free shipping on international
orders. Shipping charges will be shown at check out.
- Domestic (India): All prices displayed are inclusive of
1. Pricing and Taxes: applicable taxes. International prices are shown excluding taxes. Shipping costs will be calculated
based on the order & weight, volume and delivery destination at the time of purchase.
2. Delivery Timeline: - Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery within 3-4 business days
from the dispatch date. International Orders: Estimated delivery within 6-7 business days from the dispatch
date. - Delivery times are provided as estimated and commence once the order has
been confirmed.
3. Order Confirmation and Shipping: All Orders Once Placed Cannot Be Cancelled
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your
estimated delivery date. Once your order has been shipped, a shipment confirmation
email with a tracking number will be sent to you. Shipping charges exclude any
potential import duties and taxes. Please review our Tax-related Terms & Conditions
for further details
4. Shipping Days: -Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday excluding Sundays,
public holidays and days with unforeseen circumstances.
5. Address Modifications: If you notice an error in the shipping address provided,
please contact us immediately via email at 91001 09854 or call our customer service.
Please note, we are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been
dispatched.
6. Delays and Issues: While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen
circumstances may cause delays. In the event that your order is delayed by more
than 2 weeks beyond the estimated delivery time, we will contact you to confirm
whether you wish to proceed with your order or opt for an alternative product or store
credit. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures
at the destination or unforeseen calamities.
7. Order Processing Time: For ready-to-ship items to be delivered within Hyderabad,
please allow us up to 3-4 hours for delivery once your order is confirmed. For ready-
to-ship items to be delivered outside of Hyderabad, please allow up to 24 hours for
processing unless you opt for over night shipping. If your order includes multiple items, please note that each item may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates. You will receive separate shipment notifications for each.
8. Special Shipping Options: We offer Same-Day Delivery for selected orders and an
In-store Pickup option for local customers.
Taxes & Duties :
Domestic Couriers: If the country of shipment is within India, all prices shown are inclusive of taxes. International Couriers: Overseas orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to
release your order from customs on arrival.
Please note : We at Almari, are unable to advise the duty amount as it varies from
country to country. The order amount at the checkout excludes duties, taxes and
carrier brokerage fees. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier
and must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel.
